What we heard from you

Two problems. One root cause.

Problem 1
The current vendor is too expensive.

Big pharma databases are built for analysts and strategy teams. You pay for drug pipelines, market reports and hundreds of thousands of records. BD mostly uses one thing: contacts.

Problem 2
We need the right contacts.

A big list is not the same as the right names. BD needs the person who makes the decision, at a company that is ready to spend, with an email that actually works.

The root cause: you are paying for a giant database when BD only needs a small part of it. A tool built just for that part can be sharper and much cheaper.

The mismatch, in one picture

Only about 7 in every 100 records in a typical pharma contacts database are people you would ever sell to.

0
records in the leading pharma contacts database, across 18,698 companies. Email only “where available”.
0
people Jubilant Biosys actually needs to reach, at about 3,000–7,000 drug companies. Our estimate.
0
of business contacts go out of date every year, as people change jobs. A small, focused list can be kept fresh. A huge one cannot.
What “the right contact” means

Right company. Right person. Right moment. Miss one, and the email goes nowhere.

01

The right company

Drug companies whose work fits what Jubilant does best: the right stage, type of drug, disease area and region.

02

The right person

You choose which job titles matter, for each BD team: Discovery, ADC & Biologics, API & CDMO, Pharma research partnering, and investors.

03

The right moment

A real reason to call this week, with a link to the proof. Every email opens with something the buyer cares about.

Most databases only solve the first one. The value is in solving all three at once.

What your BD team would see every Monday

Not a list to dig through. A short queue of people worth calling, and why.

Call this week
Example only. The companies are made up and names are hidden.
1

A reason to call, with proof

Every company comes with its trigger and a link to the filing or announcement behind it.

2

Only the roles you care about

3 to 8 people per company, matched to the job titles each BD team picks.

3

Fresh, and you can see it

Every email shows when it was last checked. Old contacts are re-checked, not padded.

4

Straight into your workflow

One click to your CRM or a spreadsheet. No export limits, no credits to ration.

The “why now” engine

Five signals that tell BD who to call this week.

Tap any signal to see how a first email could open.

How the email could open“Congratulations on the Series B. As you move two programmes toward a candidate, here is how teams like yours have cut months off lead optimisation…”
How the email could open“Your new collaboration has clear milestones in the next 18 months. Extra chemistry and biology capacity could help you hit them without hiring…”
How the email could open“We noticed your new work on this target. Our team has delivered candidates on similar targets, and could start within weeks…”
How the email could open“Congratulations on the new role. As you shape the team's plans for next year, a quick view of how we work with research groups like yours…”
How the email could open“With the BIOSECURE list due soon, many US biotechs are lining up a second partner outside China. Here is how a switch can happen without losing time…”
–days to go

The US government is due to publish its first list of restricted biotech companies under the BIOSECURE Act around 18 December 2026. US biotechs that use a listed CRO will need new partners, and Indian CROs are expected to gain about USD 700M a year. We can find your most exposed prospects before the list comes out.

The cost question

Pay for what BD needs, not for a whole research platform.

A full pharma database, typical larger clientUSD 70k–100k a year
Contact data for a focused tool, in Jubilant's own nameAbout USD 5k–30k a year
USD 025k50k75k100k

You own the data

The data licences are in Jubilant's name. If you ever stop working with us, the data stays with you.

You pay for what BD uses

Contacts are looked up when there is a reason to call, not bought in bulk and left to go stale.

How it works

Public data tells us when to call. Licensed data tells us who.

Step 1

Watch the news

Company filings, clinical trials, research papers, patents and press releases, checked every day.

Step 2

Keep your target list

The 3,000–7,000 drug companies that fit what Jubilant offers.

Step 3

Spot the moment

Funding, deals, new programmes and new leaders, ranked into a weekly call list.

Step 4

Find the people

The right job titles, from 2–3 trusted data providers, checked before you see them.

Step 5

Hand over to BD

Sent to your CRM with the reason to call and its source attached.

Built to pass your legal team's review

Source and date saved for every contact Easy opt-out for anyone Follows EU (GDPR) and Indian (DPDP) privacy law No LinkedIn scraping Nothing copied from your current vendor
Proof, not promises

A 4-week pilot on your own target companies, compared side by side with what you use today.

Week 1

Agree the targets

Pick 3 segments and about 100 companies with your BD team. Choose the job titles.

Week 2

Find the people

About 300 decision-makers, every email checked.

Week 3

Add the reasons to call

A “why now” for every company. You spot-check 50 contacts.

Week 4

Compare and decide

Compare with what you get today, then decide yes or no.

The next step

Share 50 of your target companies. We'll show you who to call.

1

Your top segments

Which companies and job titles matter most to each BD team.

2

A list to beat

A few companies you already target, so we can compare like for like.

3

So the pilot ends before your current contract renews, and you decide with real results.
